Interesting idea: that writers will be driven to write no matter what. I keep waiting for the perfect moment or the perfect idea and it hasn't happened yet. Maybe if I slowed down and paid attention to myself?

This engaging author chat brings to mind a forthcoming novel, "You, Fascinating You" by Germaine Shames. Based on a true story about an ambitious young ballerina banned from the stage by Mussolini and her up-and-coming composer husband, the book takes the reader inside the world of dance and music at a critical juncture in the history of each. An epic story!

I was looking for good books to read on Amazon when a friend sent me an amazon link of One Amazing Thing. The book cover itself really caught my attention. And when I knew that the book is a story about survival, I can't wait to read it. Just bought it last week.
